Privacy Policy

How Frontline Family Coverage collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective Date: August 3, 2026.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, call us, or otherwise contact Frontline Family Coverage, we may collect:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
  • Demographic information — date of birth, gender, and household details relevant to coverage options.
  • Coverage information — details you provide about the type of coverage you're interested in, existing policies, and eligibility questions you answer.
  • Lead ad submissions — information you submit through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form, which is passed to us by Meta with your consent at the time of submission.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed on our website, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We only collect what we need to respond to your request and connect you with the right coverage options.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your quote request and answer your questions about coverage.
  • Match you with a licensed insurance agent or carrier appropriate to your needs.
  • Prepare and process applications for insurance products you request.
  • Send you appointment reminders, policy updates, and service-related communications.
  • Improve our website, marketing, and the accuracy of our advertising, including ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Comply with insurance industry regulations and other legal obligations.

SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your contact information — including through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad — you consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from Frontline Family Coverage and/or its licensed representatives regarding your coverage request, using the phone number and email address provided, including by automated means.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.
  • Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
  • Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you may email us directly at joe@frontlinefamilycoverage.com to be removed from our list.

Information Sharing

We never sell your personal information. Frontline Family Coverage does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Licensed carriers and agents — to obtain quotes, process applications, and service the coverage you've requested.
  • Service providers — vendors who host our website, deliver SMS and email communications, or provide analytics on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use your data only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety requirements — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Frontline Family Coverage or others.
  • Business transfers — if Frontline Family Coverage is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of any material change in ownership or use.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes encrypting data in transit, restricting internal access on a need-to-know basis, and regularly reviewing our data handling practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
